Credit cards: we use the secure SSL system, guaranteed by Shopify, via secure connection for authorization and debit.

We accept major credit and debit cards such as: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and PostePay.

If you decide to pay by credit or debit card, you will need to provide your card details when placing your Order.

All credit and debit card payments are absolutely secure: payment information is encrypted during transmission and is managed directly by the manager conveyed through Shopify.

We never know the card number, nor do we process or store the data provided on our systems but we limit ourselves to receiving communication of the positive outcome of the transaction.

Paypal: If you decide to pay with PayPal you will be asked to access your Account with your email address and password to complete the payment.

PayPal is an easy and safe payment system, which protects the buyer's information since no financial information is transmitted to our systems.

Your financial data will not be shared with Angolo Fashion but will be managed directly by PayPal.

Bank Transfer: The products purchased by bank transfer are reserved only after having received the copy of the bank transfer by e-mail.

Angolo Fashion will send the products only when the relative amount is credited to our current account indicated below.

The products ordered by bank transfer are reserved for 3 days, if within this deadline the amount is not credited to our account, the order will be cancelled.

Postal money order: if you decide to use this method, you will need to go to a post office to make a simple money order in our favour, in this case contact our customer service first to get the data necessary for this purpose. Keep in mind that it takes a few days for the amount to reach us, and only after receipt will we proceed to fulfill your order.


Shipments

Costs:

  • €uro 5,00 for orders lower than €uro 100,00
  • Free for orders from €uro 100.00 onwards.

Times:

Your order will be entrusted to the courier within 1/2 working days following our receipt of the order. After which it will take another 3/4 days for the courier to make the delivery.

Shipments will be made by courier chosen by Angolo Fashion from time to time according to need and convenience and nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping throughout the Italian national territory (we do not ship abroad)

At the time of the conclusion of the order we will indicate the estimated delivery date, you will then receive a confirmation email, which will indicate a link that will be activated within a maximum of 3 working days.

Through this link you will be able to know the exact delivery date as soon as it is scheduled by the courier.

We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

It is not possible to proceed with the return independently, therefore we ask you to contact us for instructions on the matter, bearing in mind the following:

For reasons not attributable to Angolo Fashion, the cost of the courier for the return will always be charged to the customer.

In this case you can use a courier of your choice that you will pay directly at the time of shipment, or we could send one of our couriers and the costs incurred by us will be withheld from the refund.

Attention: In no case will Angolo Fashion accept charges from couriers appointed by third parties and in such cases the goods will be rejected and returned to the sender, therefore to avoid unnecessary expenses for the customer it is recommended to always consult us to agree on the best solution.

On the other hand, in the event of ascertained responsibility on the part of Angolo Fashion, the return shipping costs will be borne by Angolo Fashion, which will arrange for the collection via a trusted courier C/O the customer's address.

As soon as the return is in our office and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.

We remind you that to be accepted as a return, the garment must have all the original labels, must not have been used or washed and must be intact, as well as equipped with all accessories that may be present (e.g. buttons, belts, brooches, pendants, ...). they must also be accompanied by their original packaging, consisting of boxes or bags.....

The return will not be accepted if even just one of the conditions listed is missing.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, we will refund you within 14 days through the channel used to pay for your order: if you used electronic cards or PayPal we will refund you through this channel, if you paid by bank transfer or postal order you will need to provide us with an iban with the account holder in order to proceed with the refund transfer.

If you prefer, it is also possible to issue a credit voucher to be used for your next orders.
